I was badly cut by the disposable razor in my room, and my face started bleeding. The razor wasn't sealed, so I have doubts about whether it was new or hygienic. When I raised it with the front desk and customer service, they barely responded and showed no care or responsibility. For a hotel that calls itself five-star, that's unacceptable, both for product safety and the way they handled it. Not what I'd expect from a luxury hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Nice rooms, good breakfast and good service. A good hotel.
10/10
The room was really clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Mr Gavin was especially helpful, even helping us communicate with the Didi driver 🙏.
10/10
The buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from. The hotel itself is elegant and carefully detailed, with a central location that's convenient around the city. Staff were very friendly, and guest service was excellent.

We couldn't cancel the reservation after booking. On arrival at 2pm, the room still wasn't ready, and staff told us to wait another two hours or pay extra to upgrade. A terrible experience.
