Ming Hotel Nanjing - MGallery Collection

I’ve stayed at Ming Nanjing twice now and would happily come back. The apartment was lovely, clean, and tidy, with a small kitchen for simple cooking. The staff were attentive and very helpful. It’s close to the high-end Deji mall, and local food stalls are easy to find nearby. The gym and swimming pool were awesome.

The staff and management were welcoming and helpful, and I’d stay here again. Our suite was nicely sized, had a good view, and was quiet. The new hotel, built in 2025, has nice decor and a good-sized swimming pool. Unfortunately, the ming bar was closed during our stay, so having drinks at the canteen wasn’t particularly cool.

From check-in to the room’s impeccable cleanliness, the care and attention were clear throughout this pleasant stay. As an Mxxxxxtt Titanium member, I was surprised by my first experience as an ALL basic-level member. I wasn’t treated differently or coldly for being new. Breakfast was refined and exquisite. I’d only suggest offering a little more variety from day to day.

The bistro food and service were really good, and the prices were very reasonable. At check-in, a well-spoken English-speaking staff member helped us, and the front counter patiently arranged a room change when I changed my mind. Everyone went out of their way to assist. When we checked out, reception offered to help with a taxi and asked whether I needed help booking train tickets. A very positive stay.
