The smoking-free areas aren't controlled well. The food is poor, and sanitation is a disaster. The urinals in particular don't work, and there hasn't been any repair work.

The breakfast is really good, with plenty of variety from the coffee machine. Rooms are nice, and the air conditioning works well. Wi-Fi is adequate too. Staff speak good English, which you don't often find in other hotels. I'd definitely come back.

There was no computer in the deluxe standard room, and the service attitude was poor. The staff spoke in a harsh tone.
