Renaissance Nanjing Olympic Centre Hotel

For a business trip, staying here was a real bonus. The location was very good, and the rooms were excellent, with proper work tables and a quiet setting.

The attached Starbucks was a nice plus, and the location was good, though a bit awkward for getting into the city center. Room service was great. My room was spacious, and housekeeping kept it very, very clean. They even folded my laundry and arranged my products. Breakfast was okay at best, nothing special.

Alison from the service staff was a huge help. We couldn’t order food on Meituan because the app required a local number, so she kindly used her phone to place the order. She also helped with our other needs, including getting us lots of water bottles and their high-quality house slippers. Five thumbs up for Alison! The hotel is magnificently large and spacious, with impressive interior design. I loved the chandelier at the entrance, and the revolving door gave me New York Hotel vibes. Service was impeccable.

The standout for us was Alison, the front desk manager who looked after us from 13-15 May. We couldn’t order food on Mei Tuan, and she let us use her phone without hesitation, then called when the food arrived. She didn’t have to do that, and her responsibility and service were unparalleled. She was warm and cheerful and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Alison! Elk at the front desk also helped check our didi location, spotted that I’d entered the wrong one, and spoke with the driver. Thanks to him, we didn’t end up at the wrong station. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, and felt luxurious. The pool and gym were great amenities, too.
