The balcony, with a coffee table and chairs, was a great spot to unwind or have a morning cuppa. Our room was clean, roomy, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, clean-looking sheets, and soft pillows. You can ask for a foam pillow. The shower had strong pressure, hot water came quickly, and it drained well. The toilet and shower are in separate cubicles, and there’s a bathtub too. We had simple amenities, rubber slippers or flip-flops for the hot springs, including kids’ sizes, plus adult and children’s bedroom slippers. There was a walk-in wardrobe with hangers and bathrobes, though no kids’ size robe, and a dressing or makeup table. Staff were friendly and helpful, and treated us like important guests. Check-in was quick, they recognized my Marriott Bonvoy Elite membership, and upgraded us to a Suite, a lovely touch. Very comfortable stay. Good for families, friends, or groups visiting Nanjing to enjoy the outdoors and relax.
