It’s across the street from Nanjing South railway station, which is handy if you need to catch a train and are worried about traffic. The walk takes about 5 minutes, but allow at least 40 minutes for security and the walk to your gate since the station is huge. Breakfast starts at 6:30am and has plenty of choices. In my opinion, it was better than at some five-star hotels. LioraGe Yajie at the front desk was lovely. She helped set up the Wi-Fi and arranged a portable heater because the central heating wasn’t fully working yet in the shoulder season. A very pleasant stay and worth every penny. Highly recommend.

On my first visit to Nanjing, I booked through Trip.com and found the hotel lovely and very convenient, just 5 minutes from the subway. The staff were polite and helpful. When I asked how to get to the places I wanted to visit, they gave me lots of advice, including things to watch out for. Great team, nice room, clean and closi.

The room was spotless and the location convenient, and the service was top-notch. Julia added a personal touch that made a real difference. From the warm welcome onward, UrCove by Hyatt Nanjing South Station showed genuine care. A great stay, and highly recommended for business or leisure travelers.

I’m giving this hotel one star because on our fourth day, after we asked for the sheets to be changed, the staff threw away my personal pillow. I always bring it when I travel because it helps when I have a headache. It wasn’t so small or so large that it could easily go unnoticed. All our other things were left intact and untouched. Hotel staff and cleaners have no right to throw away someone’s belongings unless they’re already in the trash. I hold a grudge against the hotel for this irresponsibility.
