The location is great and the rooms are clean. But there isn’t a proper lounge for suites with lounge access. Members only get a small area in the lobby lounge, and it’s open just during tea time and dinner. The buffet breakfast isn’t worth the full ¥100 price. They serve things like pig intestine and lung, chicken feet, and gizzard, which I didn’t find very appetizing.

The room was great and the location was good, but the service needs real improvement. The concierge didn’t know when the hotel’s Chinese restaurant served dim sum. I was told it only served lunch, but dim sum was actually available from 8:30 in the morning. Also, people were smoking in the lobby and staff didn’t approach them, even though there’s a no-smoking sign outside the hotel lobby.

I booked through Trip.com for a short stay of 3 days and 2 nights. The lobby was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. We couldn’t order food delivery for either of the two nights because we didn’t have a local number, so Manager Krystal offered to help place the order. I felt safe and reassured during the stay, and it was a pleasant visit. Thanks so much, Krystal!

The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed staying here. Echo at reception was especially friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back.

Loved the views from the room and the hotel’s modern, luxurious design. The location is strategic, service was great, and the restaurants, Hao You Restaurant & Yi Cafe, were amazing. I’d definitely stay here again :)
