My room was 27 degrees Celsius, and the receptionist said the air conditioning was broken. They moved me to another room, but it was just as hot. I was given a fan and told to put up with it. What kind of hotel chain is this? I had just switched from Hampton by Hilton Wuxiang Nanning, where I had the same problem, but the staff there handled the recovery much better.

There's a laundry room where you can wash your own clothes, and detergent is provided. The hotel also has a small gym and a garden. A shopping center is about 10 minutes away by taxi. It's a good hotel, though the staff don't speak English. Breakfast is okay.

4/10
The breakfast had plenty of options. But while showering, I found a long hair on the bath towel, even though both guests had short hair. I told the front desk when checking out and got no response. The location was also rather inconvenient.

Clean, simple room, and the breakfast was delicious.
