We had a tasty dinner at the restaurant. The pool is excellent, and there's a lifeguard on duty. Hotel guests can also use the thermal pools and baths, which are great amenities.

Even though it was 24 degrees outside, the hotel had the room set to 26 with its central cooling and heating system. I changed rooms, but that made no difference. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're a cold-blooded snake that needs a warm room to sleep in.

The rooms were spacious, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. I'd seen good reviews online, but trying it myself made me feel it was quite good too. There were lots of mosquitoes, though, and I couldn't adjust the air conditioning to the temperature I wanted.

The room doors are awkward: the toilet and bathroom doors bump into each other when opened, and their opening directions are inconvenient. A three-fold sliding door on a track might work better, though leaks would need to be prevented. The elevator is also small, and its weight limit may be too low, so it could get overloaded. Breakfast needs work. The choices are limited, with about two-thirds Chinese style and one-third Western. The bread and other dishes taste bland. I stayed just one night with Hong Kong Key Travel Agency and found all these shortcomings in this new hotel. Even so, it's rated 4.5 stars and worth staying at. I hope the business continues to do well.
