We had a relaxing, enjoyable family holiday here for three nights, though the room changes were a real hassle. We were two adults and two kids. The first room, a Twin Premium River Suite, was clean, spacious and well appointed, but there was a small roof leak and a puddle on the floor when we arrived. Reception quickly sent someone to fix it, and it seemed sorted until the leak got worse early the next morning. We reported it and were offered two other rooms. We took the one-bedroom apartment with a kids’ bunk bed. Then that room developed a roof leak the following day too. Reception responded quickly again and showed us three more choices, including a huge, luxurious one-bedroom premium apartment, which we picked. So we ended up moving three times in three days. The management really tried to put things right, and their responsiveness and service were exceptional. Communicating in English was manageable, though my wife’s Chinese helped a lot during the room changes. The rest of the stay was excellent: breakfast had a fantastic, delicious range, the pool was great, and the kids loved the playground out front. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Despite the room trouble, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I spent two weeks here on a business trip and wouldn’t hesitate to call it the best hotel in the Nantong area. Hotel Binjiang Intercontinental Nantong sits in a green park-like area with a small lake. It’s near the main road but feels tucked away from traffic and noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely choose the same place if I return to Nantong.

The hotel has a large garden and a great view of the yangtz river. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a cute stuffed toy for the kid, along with the welcome water and fruit.

The view from the room was excellent, and the rooms themselves felt just right. Service was awesome, and the whole stay went smoothly with everything we needed available at the hotel. It’s probably the best hotel in Nantong. The experience felt like something you’d get in Europe for 400 €, though here it was 100 €. I highly recommend it, you can book without worry.

This was one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at. The buffet offered plenty of choice, and our young server was so hospitable and spoke very good English. The gym was decent, while the pool was huge, with access to the roof.
