The city was clean and I liked the people, but the hotel stay was rough. There was a steady humming from the shopping center behind the building that kept me awake for all 9 nights. The rooms themselves weren't bad, but the lobby had no phone for calling friends or family in other rooms. Staff at the front desk started out nice, then got loud and mean when I asked for help, so I stopped trying. They charged me 300 duan for early check-in on a date I had already paid for in full. I had nowhere else available then, or I wouldn't have stayed. Nobody at the hotel spoke English. I was there from 9-21-2017 through 9-29-2017.
10/10
The room was clean, and the view was good.
6/10
Communication was difficult because the staff could speak only Chinese.
