We stayed in the chilly winter, and when the room heater didn't work, the front desk quickly brought us a portable one that kept us warm at night. The water heater was very hot, and the spacious bathtub was great for relaxing. The hotel had recently been renovated, and everything looked neat and clean. I only missed having a toilet seat warmer. The restaurant was just okay, and there weren't many shops nearby for a late-night snack. Still, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel in Jiuzhaigou was really lovely.

From everyday directions and recommendations to special requests, the staff sorted everything out carefully and efficiently, without charging us. They even helped with an oxygen tank and domestic online ticket bookings, and answered all our questions and problems as fully as possible. I've travelled around the world for years, and this is easily the best service I've received. Five stars all round. Special thanks to personal butlers 006 and 008. Excellent 👍👍👍

The location was great, close to JZG, with shops and places to eat right nearby. The room was okay, though it was probably our first hotel room without a mini fridge or safe. During our two-night stay, we didn't feel much hospitality. Maybe that's just the culture here.

The food was satisfying, and the toilet was clean. The bed felt just right too. I think the hotel is fairly new. It was one of the best places I've stayed on my Chengdu jiuzaogou trip to China. Amazing hotel!

The mountain views and surroundings were really relaxing, and we enjoyed our stay. It's a clean, nice 4 🌟 hotel near the National Park in jiuzhaigou. The rooms seem quite new, maybe upgraded, and the staff were friendly and helpful 😀. The food was okay if you're not too fussy. 😊 holiday
