The rooms are warm thanks to the heated mats, and the location is reasonable. The living room, though, smells strongly of smoke. At least we're not on a main road, where cars would be honking constantly.

The staff are friendly and the surroundings are lovely. There's a nice view from the balcony; having a canopy over it would make it even better.
