The ambience is nice and the rooms are big, but the service could be better. The counter staff are cold and have a poor attitude towards hotel guests.

For a very reasonable price, you get a luxury hotel with a pool, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The place is new, clean and peaceful, with picturesque surroundings and plenty of space.

The lake setting is beautiful, and the hotel has a wide range of rooms, dining and fitness facilities, plus meeting spaces for all kinds of events. But most of that grand description feels like history now. I was here on a 2020 teachers' recuperation trip during summer vacation, and the pool wasn't open. We also skipped the hot springs because swimwear was required, which meant we couldn't tour them. I doubt I'd come back. Breakfast was filling and had variety, though the quality was just average. I wouldn't pay to stay here myself.

As a foreigner, I really appreciated how enthusiastically the reception staff helped me. They were very friendly.

It's a little far from the town center, but the hotel itself feels luxurious. The interior has a very Chinese style, with an opulent look that I found really nice.
