10/10
I stayed here for business and found the rooms really clean and nicely decorated. The building itself is beautiful, and breakfast was standard fare that tasted good. The no smoking rule didn't seem to be enforced much, and the hallways sometimes smelled, though my room didn't.

The breakfast was tasty, and the facilities were good.

They make you feel welcome and are really friendly, going out of their way to help. I'd recommend them.

The internet was so slow that it cost this five star hotel a star from me.

6/10
For a five-star place, it felt a bit dated.
