There's a serious safety hazard: needles sticking out of the carpet. One could badly injure their foot and cause an infection!

We enjoyed the stay overall. Our room was spacious, and the shower and tub area was nice, though the lighting was poor and there was mold on the bathroom privacy curtains. The room was fine otherwise. The staff were friendly throughout. The executive lounge serves afternoon tea and has happy hour. Tea choices were very limited, but dinner had a decent variety. There are three dining options, a buffet, a lobby cafe, and a Chinese restaurant. The Chinese food was very good but quite expensive. We also saw an outdoor BBQ buffet once during our three-night stay, though I'm not sure how often it's offered. Facilities were a mixed bag. We were disappointed the outdoor pool and water play area were closed, since they only open in summer, leaving the indoor pool as the only swimming option. Some activities were either pretty sad or ridiculously priced: there was just one bumper car, half the arcade games were broken, and a 10-minute "train" ride cost 50/adult and 30/kid. The indoor playground was nice, and the rockclimb, diggers, and go-kart looked fun. There's also a large, well-maintained gym for basketball, ping pong, and badminton.

The restaurant was filthy, and I wouldn't recommend it. This was the worst Hilton ever.
