10/10
The rooms are huge and come with plenty of useful things, including an iron and board, hairdryer, kettle, free WiFi, and a big TFT screen. It’s a very new, modern building. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of local dishes. The staff were really welcoming, though their English is limited.
2/10
The room was clean, comfortable, and good quality, and breakfast was average. But communication made the stay difficult. Over four days I spoke with about 10 staff members, and only one spoke English. At the front desk I had to use a translation app each time, and most staff didn’t seem willing to try English. Breakfast was also confusing: guests should be able to enter without a meal coupon, but I was asked for one repeatedly. After I explained through the app that I was staying there, they asked me to write my room number on a note. There was no lunch or dinner, and the only other food available was cup ramen from a vending machine. For travelers or business guests who need English support, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
