The breakfast was decent, and the room itself was satisfactory. But at 850 RMB a night, the price feels far too high for what you get. The location is very handy, right across from a subway station, but some rooms have a serious air conditioning problem in winter: they only blow hot air and get unbearably warm. Staff said this happens repeatedly and management knows about it. I ran into the same issue and had to move rooms at 1:00 AM, ending up on the 32nd floor.

We held a workshop at the hotel, and the meeting setup was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We needed to send some products to another city in China, and the hotel team found us a box, packed everything, and called an express delivery service. The man at the gate even helped us call our bus driver.

This is probably among the better hotels in the Yingzhou area, but the service has some big problems. It was 25C outside, yet the central system kept blowing hot air. Even with the windows open, the room was so warm that I couldn't sleep for several nights.

The gym is especially well equipped, and the rooms, service, and amenities are all good. Most things about the hotel are nice, though the place has a slightly run-down feel to it.

It was -5 ˚C outside, but the room only reached 21˚C because the air conditioning wasn't working. Staff told me that's just how it is. I can't imagine this kind of service at a 5 star hotel, and the floor staff weren't friendly either. A really bad experience.
