Plaza Hotel Yuyao

Good value for the price, and a nice place to stay.

The lobby made a strong impression, with its grand decor and two separate waiting areas, one in pink tones and another with a more businesslike feel. I was greeted with a pleasant scent when I came through the revolving door, though I couldn't tell whether the door itself was the source. At check-in, a staff member brought a hand towel and chrysanthemum tea, and the receptionist was very friendly. There were luggage handlers in the lobby too, who could help if your bags were heavy. I’m not sure whether they expect tips. The elevators have an unusual setup: swipe your room card and they choose the floor, so there’s no need to press a button. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with excellent service. I’d recommend it to people with high accommodation standards.

The receptionist was very pretty. I spent two nights here, and found the hotel comfortable and quite nice overall.

There are restaurants and a cinema close by. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly.
