I was here for four business nights. The rooms were large, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. My room on the 19th floor had terrible shower pressure. Room service dishes were beautifully presented, but the choices were limited and not especially exciting. The hotel is well placed in the city, with plenty of food nearby if you can speak or read Mandarin, and the airport is just a short taxi ride away.

My business stays here were in November and December 2019. It's the only hotel I've tried in Ningbo, so I can't compare it with others, but the hospitality was first class and they made things as convenient as possible. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The rooms I've had were all clean, the breakfast was fine, and the Italian restaurant was good. There's also a very good fitness center, and the elevators rarely took long. The Guest Service Manager was a very helpful lady. My top choice in Ningbo!

The food was good, and the hotel felt high-tech. It's peaceful and pleasant around there, though there's not much buzz, and Tianyi square is a bit far away. I did feel the facilities were a little overpriced.

I come for a few nights once a year, and it's always a nice experience. The rooms are pleasant and the staff are very friendly. The Japanese restaurant is the only one whose food I really like; I can't recommend the hotel's other restaurants. There's a good Irish Pub across the street for drinks and food like pizza and burgers. All in all, it's a very good hotel in a good location.

I'm visiting from Denmark and have stayed in lots of hotels, but this is among the best stays I've had. It's a beautiful hotel, the service is superb, and the staff are friendly, well trained, and professional. I really enjoyed my time here. Five stars from me.
