In room 1709, the lights weren't working, and the TV was an old desktop-style set that felt very dated for a four-star hotel. I also got no help when I called the front desk to ask for something to be brought up. They told me to wait, then never followed up and ignored what I needed. The stay felt worse than what I'd expect from a two-star hotel.

The elevator especially feels outdated, along with the rest of the facilities. I won't return.
