The restaurant has plenty of food choices, and the dining room is roomy with lovely scenery. We came for breakfast, and Luna was especially polite and helpful. The waitress was friendly too. I’d recommend it.

The lake view was amazing, and we really enjoyed the service. Mia tong, the front desk manager, was great. The hotel feels a little dated, but that was okay with us.

We were really touched by what happened when my mum went downstairs for help after I got sick in the middle of the night. Li He Xu Li He Xu, a kind young man who wasn’t even on shift, accompanied her to the chemist and got the medicine we needed. He stayed with her the whole time. When she thanked him, he said he would have helped even if we weren’t his customers. The staff were very nice, and this left a lasting impression on me. I’d love to visit this beautiful place again.

The food was mediocre, which was probably the only downside. Our room was clean, and Cherry Zhang was very nice when she checked us in. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The service was extraordinary, and the view was beautiful.
