Wyndham Kaili Downtown

Breakfast on the second floor was generous, with both local and Western choices, and the beef noodle soup was especially good. The chef at the egg station seemed to fry too many at once, though, so they had gone cold by the time they reached the counter. Our group arrived after dinner late in the evening on 3 November 2025. Check-in at the grand, elegant lobby was quick, and there were charging desks for mobile phones. Our room, 2216, was spacious and bright with simple, elegant decor, although the entrance was dim. It had modern amenities, but the pillows were too soft for us to sleep well. I liked having separate shower and toilet cubicles. Still, for two people there was just one bath gel, one shampoo and one bathrobe. The shower head leaked, there was no stirrer or sugar for coffee or tea, and no writing supplies. The weighing scale did not work at all. It was a very short stay, but I really think the hotel needs to improve.
