The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and the room was spotless. I booked at the last minute after an unexpected cancellation, so I was glad to find a hotel in such a convenient spot, close to everything I needed. The room was simple but matched the listing and had the essentials for a comfortable night. I’d recommend it for the location, cleanliness, and helpful service.

The room had been booked as a city view, but we got a free upgrade to an ocean view, which was a nice surprise. We were four family members staying over the October Chuseok holiday, and the clean bedding and extra towels made things comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary for two people each day, though we all enjoyed it together. There was tea and coffee in the lobby, which felt a bit like a pop-up shop, maybe because of the remodel, and it was handy to sit there while waiting for a taxi. Wi-Fi was hard to connect to. The staff member we spoke with didn't speak English, so communication was difficult and we ended up buying another SIM card.

The view was great, and the price was reasonable. It's close to Osagwangjang, so I’d like to come back. There were two of us, but the room was palace-sized, big enough to play soccer, and being allowed to check in early made the trip more comfortable. The cleanliness felt more like Airbnb than a hotel. Looking closely at the tide times, it was a bit like that. I stayed with blurry eyes. The soundproofing wasn't good, though I sleep well because I'm a heavy sleeper.
