For six nights I paid just under 12,000 yen through Booking.com for a roomy family room, which felt like a fair price. The hostel is a bit old, but the rooms are decent and the cleaning was thorough. It’s about a ten-minute walk from Qingdao Station, with a bus stop right outside and restaurants, supermarkets, and other conveniences nearby. The door locks use a keypad and work automatically. The kitchen wasn’t available as of April 2018.
