The room was spotless, and there’s a gym and laundry room open around the clock. They also have robot room service. I only stayed one night, and the Qingdao Airport shuttle was cheap and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the pancakes made fresh. The laundry room could use two more washing machines, and there wasn’t an air purifier, but everything else was fine. The front desk was patient and helpful with all the things I’d ordered online. The service at this Hampton Inn was so good, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s near the airport, so it’s a good choice for your last night in Qingdao before a flight. Nearby, you can visit the largest Confucius statue at the Confucius Six Arts Village and Shaohai Wetland Park.

The room had a wonderful view, and breakfast was delicious. I stayed during a layover at Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport. There’s a free shuttle to and from the airport, but you need to reserve it. I asked for one when I checked in.
