The room was hot, so they upgraded us to a mini suite. The staff were very helpful, and our room cleaner was excellent and very polite. She always asked whether we wanted the room made up. When we asked for bottled water, she brought us six. I was so pleased with her service that I tipped her handsomely.

Sunny and Kate made sure everything went smoothly and took care of all my needs. The staff were super friendly, from reception through housekeeping. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Qingdao.

Lots of bars, restaurants, plazas, and attractions are within walking distance. I'd recommend the king suite.
6/10
The rooms are rather small, and the hotel feels somewhat outdated and isn't very clean. I wouldn't stay again. I'd spend an extra 10usd per night for a more modern, luxurious hotel.
