Likelai Business Hotel - Qingdao

The location made getting around easy. Taxis were readily available, Laoshan Mountain was just 30 minutes away, and there was a busy night market right across the street. We skipped the hotel dining to try local food, so I can't comment on its quality or variety. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist welcomed us warmly, even arranging an early check-in so we could freshen up before starting our trip. When a pair of Nike Air Max shoes went missing during housekeeping, the receptionist quickly found and returned them. They also offered a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons to make up for the inconvenience. Cleanliness and upkeep need attention. Our bathroom smelled unpleasant, the wardrobe was broken, and the electric kettle wasn't clean enough for us to use. The service was very good and staff handled the lost item thoughtfully, but the facilities could have been cleaner and better maintained.
