A really nice hotel.

A nice place.

I asked to switch rooms because the wallpaper on the 9th floor was filthy and my room smelled bad. They refused at first, but after I insisted, they moved me to the 14th floor. That room's bed clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It was uncomfortable, and I slept badly all night. Breakfast on the 5th floor the next morning was the worst I've ever had. There was barely any choice. The person making scrambled eggs seemed not to care, and the noodle cook looked like they hadn't slept the night before. When a guest asked a waiter for a cup, the waiter yelled at them. The hot dishes were cold, and the guests seemed unhappy after eating, but staff ignored them. Both elevators were so busy they often couldn't get to the top. Waiting for a tricycle was normal, and some people took the stairs instead. Leaving early was the obvious choice. I'll never come back.

The pool water is good, and breakfast is normal. For Qingyuan, the place is pretty good. At least there's a bathroom, with normal toilet and shower facilities. The bathtub and toilet are separate.
