The room smelled moldy, and the air conditioning barely cooled it. After more than two hours, the temperature had only dropped by one degree. On top of that, construction was still happening in the room upstairs at night. I called reception again and again, but the noise continued. Staff said they had to walk all the way up to ask the workers to stop, and even after more than 40 minutes, it still wasn't resolved. I can't believe I was staying at Sheraton. How can they let workers carry on at night and put guests directly below the construction? This feels like a one-star hotel, not basic quality service at all.

We had dinner at Cajun Feast Signature Restaurant, the buffet that was named a Top 10 hotel restaurant by Editor’s Choice. There was a great range of Western and Asian food, and the quality and service were both excellent. The live singing, with contemporary English songs, was amazing too. The resort itself is lovely, with lots of space and beautiful grounds around huge Lion Lake. I was really impressed by the elegant Arabian architecture and decor inside and out. It would be a great spot for wedding photos. In my opinion, it's the best resort or hotel in Qingyuan. A must visit, and I'll definitely return next time I'm in China. Highly recommended!

There's plenty of room to walk the dog, and they provide dog beds and toys, though there is a pet fee. Casper did a great job checking us in. So nice to find a place that's pet friendly!

Dylan was outstanding with us, and we'll come back. It was our first time in Qingyuan, and everyone we met was so polite. This was the first Sheraton hotel I've visited with this kind of quality. A really nice resort with excellent staff.

The buffet had all sorts of food, from Cantonese dim sum and Sichuan hotpot to Japanese sashimi and sushi, Korean dishes, seafood, and more. The desserts were so good, and beer was included too. We ate a lot, it was an awesome place! The hotel is in a very nice area.
