The corridor carpet was badly stained, and the walls in both the room and hallway were worn. I was put in room 3388 on a work trip, and although the room was comfortable, the shower and handbasin only had lukewarm water. The compendium said laundry was available, but they don't actually do laundry. Breakfast was Chinese food, with white bread, butter, jam, and honey, but no baked beans or eggs Benedict. The coffee came from a machine and had sugar in it. The GM's welcome message promised excellent service at any time, but that never happened. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Westerners.
