The staff were super polite and spoke very good English. The seaside hotel was nice, with medium-sized rooms and a breakfast that works well for both Western and Asian tastes.

In general, I had a good experience, though there were two small issues. The carpet by the elevators on both the first and second floors was stained and needs replacing. Also, service at the Chinese restaurant (Qin) wasn't great. Around 12:45 pm, there was nobody around during lunch, so we had to call loudly for help.

The hotel was new and clean, but the customer service was appallingly bad. On my departure day, they locked the hotel down for a marathon and gave me no options for checking out. I had to move to another hotel, and found a much better one.
10/10
The hotel was perfectly clean, and the restaurant food was lovely. It's a really nice place, and the staff spoke good English.
2/10
The Wi-Fi internet connection is very, very bad.
