The rooms were nice and clean, with all the essentials, and the big open lobby suits the large, fairly new building. Wanda runs hotels and malls, usually beside each other, as they are in Qiqihaer. Breakfast had plenty of Chinese and Western options, and the price was good for what you get. Still, the winter room temperature was stuck at 27 and 28 in our two rooms, and nothing we tried brought it down. Check-in and check-out were painfully slow. We waited 15 while two staff members worked on checking out two people.

The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and it’s a nice hotel for its location. Only a few staff members speak English.

There’s a large shopping mall nearby with a grand five-star feel, and plenty of places to eat around here. The location is quite convenient.
