The room was clean, and breakfast was okay. But in April there was no AC anywhere in the hotel.

Finding a hotel near West Street can be tricky, and this place is fairly priced and not too far away. My room was small, with a balcony but no river view, despite being sold as a river-view balcony room. The bed was hard wood, and there was just one outlet on one side of it, which was inconvenient. The decor felt very traditional and the hotel is a bit dated. I could hear karaoke from the third floor up on the sixth floor late at night.
