Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel Jinjiang Wudian Wanda Pal

After pressing reception for a solution, I was moved to a room that was a little better, but the whole situation was frustrating and below what I expected from this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address the problems with guest service, communication, and temperature control. At check-in, nobody explained that the air conditioning was centralized, so I couldn’t adjust the room temperature. The room seemed fine at first, then turned unbearably hot a few hours later, almost like a sauna. I developed a headache and felt dizzy. When I asked to change rooms, the staff were rude and unhelpful. They said the hotel was fully booked, which seemed unlikely, and told me to open the windows and wait for a standing fan. That felt unsafe and left me very uncomfortable.
