The owner found us a really kind local driver for our trip around Luoping. We stayed with friends in 2018, if I remember right, and the room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had fresh flowers. It was about a 10-minute taxi ride from Luoping railway station. The owner didn't speak or understand English, but Google Translate made it easy enough to communicate. I loved the whole experience of Luoping, especially the scenery, food, hotel, and people.
