8/10
The attached buffet restaurant was badly managed. Some customers were treated unfairly and pushed to wait in line, so dining there was terrible. Staying at the hotel, though, was excellent, with top-notch service and facilities.

The buffet has plenty of options, and the Japanese restaurant is very good too. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. Best hotel in Rizhao.
