The food was delicious, with lots of buffet dishes to pick from. We had a beautiful big room with a balcony and breathtaking beach views, plus a rainfall shower and an outdoor rooftop pool. The indoor pool area was under construction when we visited two years ago, but the weather was so nice that being outside was no problem. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, a lively boardwalk with restaurants and shops, and the mall. We hope to return.

A good place to stay and hang out with friends. The food is good. Lots of the staff don’t understand English, but it doesn’t matter.

The hotel has easy access to the beach, pool, and places to relax. The room isn’t large, but it was much cleaner than rooms in other hotels. Food is average, though not bad, and definitely better than at South China Hotel, where the food left a lot to be desired. For a stay in Sanya, it’s above average, especially if a convenient location and better food than other options in South China matter to you.

We were given a room that wasn’t the one shown in the booking, and cleaning was only mediocre. There was street noise, noise from the neighbors, and we could hear sewage draining upstairs, so earplugs were necessary for sleeping. The air conditioner made a tractor-like hum but didn’t cool the room. Nobody repaired it or offered us anything in return.

We had a wonderful stay and were given a sea-view room on the 22nd floor. It was delightful. The new hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room had everything we needed, including an iron, ironing board, and kettle. The bed linen was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was easy to control. Breakfast had a huge selection, all very tasty. The soups were especially good, cooked right in front of you, and there were also pastries and fruit. Everything was five stars. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for the holiday!
