The highlight was breakfast in the SKY while watching the sunrise. Breakfast was fantastic, and our room was spacious, with high ceilings and really comfortable beds and pillows. We spent New Year at Grand Hyatt in Sanya on Hainan with our family, and the hospitality made the stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly professional, quick to respond, and always ready to help. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ❤️❤️❤️

The only drawback was the food selection, which felt average and expensive. Otherwise, it was a wonderful family trip: the rooms and facilities were amazing, and the staff were so caring and nice. Thanks to Albert and Crumer and everyone there for making it such a great experience. We’ll go back again.

My family had a great time over New Year at Grand Hyatt Sanya. The premises were very clean and tidy, and the staff were helpful in every way. Food was amazing and service was exceptional at all times. We had a great stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Sanya, China.

We couldn’t swim at the private beach because the currents were dangerous, and there was no bay watch. Still, the pool was well kept, and the beachside setting was stunning, with ocean views and lush gardens. The property is just wow. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. Breakfast had a huge range of fresh, delicious international and local options.

Food was good, and there were lots of nice facilities. It’s a luxurious hotel right on the beachfront in Santa, with plenty of English-speaking staff.
