We had a 10-hour layover at tiny Sanya Airport, where there isn't much to do, and came across this hotel. It's very new and only about a five-minute walk away, which made it really convenient. The rooms were clean and had what we needed, and breakfast was included with lots of choices. A little pricey, but fair for the location.
The room was spacious and bright, around 40 sqm, with a big TV and bathroom. There's also a roomy lobby with a place to sit and relax. Good option for travellers, and the price was affordable.
It was okay, nothing bad.
It's the opposite of what you'd expect in the West. The domestic terminal is huge and full of shops, while the international one has almost nothing, since not many foreigners come to Sanya.
The beach is lovely, though it could be cleaner, and the food tastes good but gets repetitive. They clean the room every day. Nice hotel.
