There are penguins you can visit for free as a guest, and the hotel itself is nice, with the usual facilities like rooms, amenities, and breakfast. It seems to be a new hotel built around a sea world discovery concept, judging by its name. The drawback is the location. It took us an hour to get here from Sanya city center, and the surrounding area is just ordinary housing. This was my first visit, and we basically just stayed at the hotel without exploring anything else.

You can have breakfast at Dolphins kitchen beside a giant aquarium, which felt so lovely and peaceful. The hotel itself was very nice, with spacious rooms, and you can visit the pinguin. Breakfast was mostly Chinese food. No cereal or bread, sadly.
