The city view was what I kept coming back to, especially those five towers. At night, every building looked fascinating, and I couldn't stop gazing at it. The people here, including the staff, were so kind, friendly, and helpful, too. I loved staying at Sanya Marina Spa Hotel 😊 I checked in on 13.06.2026 and checked out on 21.06.2026. The days went by so fast, it felt like hardly any time at all 😞

It was awful to find that hotel guests couldn't bring scooters or cars in, and there was no parking. Apparently access had been closed. Keep that in mind and leave scooters outside, away from the hotel. Hard to believe a 4- or 5-star hotel would have no parking 🤦🏻

Getting to shops or cafes means walking at least 20 minutes, since the hotel is quite far from everything. The breakfast was disgusting, with only Chinese food; even our local tour guide said there was nothing to eat. The staff were rude and unhelpful, acting as if they didn't understand or giving us false information. This doesn't meet 4-star standards by any measure. The rooms look clean at first, but the floors aren't washed. Housekeeping only changes towels and makes the bed, leaving rubbish and dirty cups behind. I spilled coffee, and the stain stayed until I cleaned it myself. There's no fridge or minibar, yet they still take a deposit at check-in. There are no massages or pool, so I don't understand why it's called a spa.
