We come back every year and have been long-time guests. For some reason, we haven’t found another place that feels as relaxing, enjoyable, and exclusive. Hotel manager Jordi is incredibly attentive and caring, and deals with any issues quickly. Everyone here is friendly and considerate. I honestly haven’t experienced another hotel like it. For dinner, Xianhai is a must for us. It has the best food you can get in Hainnan, period.

We celebrated New Year's here, and the hotel celebrations were amazing. It’s right on the beach and great for families, with staff who are very kind and go out of their way to help. Cooper was especially good, doing everything he could to make our stay extraordinary from the moment we arrived. The service felt unmatched, and the leadership really stood out. A heartfelt thank you to General Manager Mr. Jordi for personally making sure our stay went smoothly. It’s rare to see a leader so visible and focused on guest satisfaction. The whole team’s professionalism reflects the high standards set at the top.

We also enjoyed the wide breakfast selection and the shuttle to the duty free shopping center. The Sanya Edition sits on sprawling 50-acre grounds and offers an exceptional stay. Cydini gave us a personalized welcome, and there’s a good choice of restaurants and pools, with top-tier service and facilities. Our spacious room had luxurious touches, including a high-tech massage toilet, which made the stay comfortable and memorable.

The pools are great, and there are lots of things for kids to do. My son loved it. Breakfast was amazing, though it got so crowded at times that it felt like a fight to get food. The beach was just so-so.

I stayed here in March for a beautiful wedding, and it was a wonderful vacation spot. The beach club was my favorite place. The hotel was immaculate, with beautiful rooms, very neat villas, spectacular views, and absolutely delightful food. It’s a massive property and the staff were extremely friendly. The one odd thing for me as a North American was that swimming in the ocean wasn’t allowed, which was different from what I’m used to.
