The staff made my stay memorable, and I'm especially grateful to Vicky and the hotel manager. Since I don't live in China and didn't have a Chinese bank card, I struggled to pay with WeChat. The staff went out of their way to help. Vicky came along to dinner so I could try local food, took me to the beach, and showed me the lively street food scene. On her day off, she still recommended a great place to eat and arranged a ride for me. On my last day, there was a mix-up with my prearranged transport. Vicky made sure I got breakfast and quickly sorted out another ride to the train station. I had a wonderful stay and received exceptional service. I only wish there were a resort bar by the beautiful beach. The resort ending before the beach feels like such a waste.
