The two-bedroom apartment had a good layout, but housekeeping really needed to improve hygiene and cleanliness. The shower was disgusting, with moldy, dirty corner tiles. See pictures. Breakfast was underwhelming, with a very limited selection, as we expected. Staff weren’t trained well to manage a big crowd and seemed panicked and overwhelmed. The manager or supervisor kept shouting at them, and it looked like shouting was the only way to get things done. Cleanliness matters most in a hotel or serviced apartment, and this place fell far short.

The location was good, and the service was thoughtful. They responded promptly when I asked for extra amenities, and having a washer and dryer in the room was very convenient. Before arrival, I mentioned that my son would be celebrating his birthday, and staff personally brought him a nice box of cookies and wished him a happy birthday. There was a fault with the TV in one room. A technician came but couldn’t fix it, and when I mentioned it again at checkout, I received a nice box of cookies. Overall, I was satisfied.

The three-bedroom apartment was comfortable, with an attached bathroom for each bedroom. It had a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The gym is small, with about four treadmills.

My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 10 a.m. on weekends. Otherwise, the apartments are lovely, with hotel amenities, modern decor with Art Deco touches, and kitchens large enough for a family to make dinner. They have dishwashers and big refrigerators. It’s a nice serviced apartment hotel in a great location.

The shower head was covered in fungus, and I had an allergic reaction. For a room costing 400-500USD a night, that kind of lapse is unacceptable. I complained, and the hotel apologized and promised to compensate me with a service, but that never happened. The hygiene here is terrible!
