During my two-week business trip, my family’s online shopping deliveries were brought straight to my room, and whenever I asked for an ice bucket, it arrived quickly with a smile. The service from concierge, reception, and room service was consistently warm and professional, and the team made the stay smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Shirley Ma, Yoyo, Ricky, Andy, and Tommy for making the mornings brighter, and to the concierge, reception, and room service teams for their thoughtful, efficient care. I'm grateful for it. I highly recommend Paramount @ Gallery Hotel for a visit to Shanghai, whether for work or leisure.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with receiving our delivery goods. Nice hotel in a great location.

We spent four days and three nights here. It's well placed for the metro, temple, luxury shopping areas, and a lovely park for morning walks. The staff helped us with a wifi problem and arranged our special meal request, which was useful since we don't speak the language. Breakfast was good, though the selection felt limited for a four-star hotel. The room and interior were a bit dated, and the carpet looked old, so wear the room slippers. Thankfully it didn't smell, and the air conditioner worked well. We were out most of the time, so it felt like good value.

The staff were helpful and friendly with food and transport suggestions, and the breakfast kitchen service from Ricky Yin was attentive. Special thanks to hotel manager Mr. Albert, who went out of his way to help us after we left our backpack at the hotel. Customer service was attentive throughout, and every aspect was top-notch.
