I've stayed here on many business trips, and this time I was lucky enough to get a lake-facing room. I really enjoyed the view from the bacony. The room was comfortable and tidy, though the TV was so old it kept switching itself on and off. I ordered a beef burger through room service. The beef was juicy and the vegetables and tomato fresh enough. No complaints at all.

Great value for money, with an air of luxury I haven't found in other four-star hotels. I've stayed here many times and would happily come back. The rooms are modern and roomy, the staff are great, and breakfast is great too. It's in a handy spot for grocery stores, and the western food at the bar certainly kept us going.

I spent three weeks here, and my stay was really only three out of five stars. The hotel has three or four buildings. The section shown in all the photos is beautiful, but without high IHG Member Status or paying extra, expect to be assigned to a different, much less attractive section. The rooms there are pretty much the same and okay, but the building itself is far less beautiful.

The staff and clerks are friendly, and although the gym isn't very large, it's adequate. There's a food center and a Carrefour shopping mall across the street, along with a museum, a sports center and other places. The metro stop is a bit far away.
