The location was the standout for sightseeing, with The Bund, East Nanjing Road, Shanghai Port area, and other nearby sights easy to get to on foot or by public transport. Check-in and checkout were simple, and the room was comfortable enough for a short visit, if just okay. It felt like good value for anyone prioritizing convenience over luxury. I'd give it 4 stars. 🇨🇳

The front desk team, Ze,Xu and Qi, speak perfect English and helped me with all sorts of questions about my trip. The hostel was exceptionally clean, and it made my first stop in China feel really comfortable. Highly recommend it for solo travelers.

Wu was the real highlight for us. When my friend misplaced her passport, he went out of his way to negotiate with drivers and help us get it back. We're so grateful. Please give him a raise. The hostel was a great experience all around.

It's in a handy spot above a shopping mall and gym, with a basement food court that has one of my favorite sushi places. The hostel was one of the cleanest I've stayed in, and the staff were great. Breakfast tasted great too.

The bar gets pretty lively each evening, and the big common room makes it easy to meet people. The hostel is very clean and well placed, about a 20-minute walk from the bund and five minutes from the nearest metro station.
