Booking with Demores was a great choice. The hotel had newly opened last year, and everything still felt quite new. Our room was huge, with plenty of space for a family. Staff were very good during our stay and took care of our needs right away. Breakfast was fantastic, and the location was close to many attractions. We’ll definitely book with Demores again!

The package my wife ordered from taoabo went missing, and the hotel staff helped us sort it out. Since we didn't speak the language, that was a big help. The front desk had already made us feel welcome, and they upgraded us when a better room was available. Our room was clean and spacious. We'd happily stay here again if we're back in Shanghai.

Getting around was easy with the metro nearby. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the cleaning lady, Wang Nannan, was really kind and helpful. A very pleasant stay in shanghai, would recommend.

What made my stay at Demores Hotel memorable was how kind and attentive everyone was. The staff made me feel welcome and at home, and were willing to help with anything I needed.Ruoxi，Kongqing and the breakfast buffet staff went out of their way to make things comfortable, while housekeeping kept the room spotless and the concierge offered useful local recommendations. Everyone I dealt with, from arrival through checkout, was warm and professional. I'd recommend Demores Hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming place and thoughtful service.

Yi mo and Yan Chu helped make our stay a great experience. The whole team was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the location was great too. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family.
