The location is great and the price is good, but that's where the positives end. The place isn't clean and seems to be falling apart, with tiles missing, wallpaper peeling, and mold on the walls. My room smelled bad, and the sheets were never changed.

The room was quite clean, even though the hotel itself is a bit old. The location is the real draw: The Bund is about a five-minute walk away, City of God Temple and Yuan Garden take around ten minutes on foot, and Nanjing Road is roughly fifteen minutes away. For that spot, it felt worth the money.

It's very close to everything and costs about as much as a motel 8, but the condition was awful. There was water damage everywhere, peeling wallpaper, missing tiles, mold, a nauseating smell, dirty sheets, and cockroaches in the bathroom. If you stay, bring flip flops and your own disinfectant spray.

The room on Level 6 didn't match what was shown in the photo, and the other room I was given was also very bad. Please see the attached photos. There was a bad smell from the toilet all the way through the room. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
